Um der wachsenden Anzahl an Projektanfragen gerecht zu werden, suchen wir Verstärkung für unser Solution Engineer Team in Karlsruhe oder Augsburg. Du möchtest gemeinsam mit unseren internationalen Partnern für unsere Kunden anspruchsvolle Software-Lösungen entwickeln und umsetzen? Dann bist Du bei uns genau richtig.

Du unterstützt in unserem Solution Engineer Team mit Deiner technischen Kompetenz die Ausarbeitung und Durchführung von Neukundenprojekten
Du stimmst Dich intern eng mit unseren Teams im Produktmanagement, Support, Partner Management und Marketing ab
Du bist verantwortlich für den Auf- und Ausbau strategischer Kundenbeziehungen
Gemeinsam mit unseren Partnern erschließt Du neue Kundenpotentiale
Du bist Ansprechpartner für kundenspezifische Lösungen sowie deren Umsetzung
Du ermittelst zukünftige Kunden-Anforderungen und verantwortest diese gegenüber dem Product Owner
Du führst technische Workshops für Kunden und Partner als Präsenz- oder Webmeeting durch
Du führst Wettbewerbs- und Marktanalysen durch
Du bist in die Vorbereitung von Messen und Ausstellungen involviert
Du pflegst Kunden- und Projektdaten in unserem CRM-System zur Optimierung der internen Koordination
Du arbeitest mit dem 2nd Level Support zusammen und tauschst Informationen aus

Dein Profil

Du besitzt eine Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker oder ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich technischer BWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
Du hast bereits umfangreiche Erfahrung in der IT-Beratung
Du hast ein sehr gutes Verständnis technischer Zusammenhänge sowie betriebswirtschaftliches Wissen
Idealerweise kennst Du Dich bereits mit einer der Desktopvirtualisierungslösungen der folgenden Hersteller aus: Citrix, VMware , Microsoft und hast bereits Erfahrungen im Client-Server- und Cloud-Computing, sowie Linux-Kenntnisse
Du zeichnest Dich durch Eigenverantwortung und Deine Fähigkeit aus, andere zu begeistern und enge Kundenbeziehungen aufzubauen
Dein ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen und Deine strategische Arbeitsweise zählen ebenso wie Empathie und eine souveräne Kommunikationsfähigkeit zu Deinen Stärken
Du besitzt sehr gute Präsentationfähigkeiten und eine ausgeprägte Beratungskompetenz
Bei Dir ist Reisebereitschaft vorhanden, um bei Bedarf den Kunden vor Ort zu unterstützen
Du besitzt sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Your mission

To meet the growing number of project requests, we are looking for reinforcement for our Solution Engineer Team in Karlsruhe or Augsburg. Do you want to sell complex software products in cooperation with international channel partners? Then you are exactly right with us.

Support in developing and executing new customer projects
Close cooperation with our internal teams in product management, support, partner management and marketing
Development and expansion of strategic customer relationships
Development of new customer potentials with our partners
Being the contact person for customer-specific solutions and their implementation
Identification of future customer requirements and coordinating them with the Product Owner
Conducting technical workshops for customers and partners as face-to-face or web meetings
Conducting competitive and market analyses
Involvement in the preparation of trade fairs and exhibitions
Maintenance of customer and project data in our CRM system for optimized internal coordination
Cooperation with the 2nd level support and exchange information

Your profile

You have an education as an IT specialist or a successfully completed degree in the field of technical business administration, business informatics, computer science or a comparable field of study
Experience in IT consulting
You have a good understanding of technical contexts and business knowledge
Ideally, you are already familiar with one of the desktop virtualization solutions from the following vendors: Citrix, VMware, Microsoft and already have experience in client-server and cloud computing, as well as Linux knowledge
Self-motivated and the ability to inspire others to build close relationships
Strong analytical and strategic thinking as well as empathy and communication skills
Excellent presentation and consulting skills
Willingness to travel, to support customers on site if required
Very good German and English skills (spoken and written)
